This dish will take roughly 25 minutes from start to finish. Simply choose your favorite fish to fillet (mine is halibut) and follow the easy instructions. Ingredients: Instructions:
• phosphorus
• iron
• zinc
• iodine
• magnesium
• potassium
• 2 tablespoons fish sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
• 1 Large lime for lime juice
• 3 large peeled garlic cloves
• 5-6 bird’s eye chilies, more or less depending on your taste buds
• Optional: a handful of fresh cilantro leaves
2. Finely chop the garlic and chilies.
3. Sprinkle the garlic-chili mixture over the entire surface of the fish fillets.
4. Mix the remaining ingredients together.
5. Pour the mixture over the fish.
